hi,
normaly directshow can not only load/play videos it also is able to show pictures!! i think it has something to with the codecs on the system!

on an fresh xp installations this works perfect! but i installed leadtools multimedia sdk just to give it a try...deinstalled it, because i could't use it and now my app gives an error when i try to open pictures with directshow!

please help!
